Another Round Another Rally

Another Round Another Rally is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting hospitality professionals through financial assistance, educational opportunities, and advocacy for a more equitable industry. Founded in 2018 by Amanda Gunderson and Travis Nass, the organization addresses the unique challenges faced by workers in restaurants, bars, and hotels, particularly those from historically marginalized communities.
